Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder or ADHD is becoming a plague and treated with chemical remedies but there are effective natural alternatives?

What characterizes the TDA?

The attention deficit disorder (ADD) is along with ADHD (hyperactivity ADHD) and dyslexia one of the main causes of school failure.

The ADHD child has a tendency to be in constant motion, while the ADD or attention deficit hyperactivity disorder happens to be a clueless child and dispersed.

ADHD often speaks 3 subtypes: impulsive / hyperactive, inattentive and combined (mixture of the two), usually equated attention deficit hyperactivity disorder with ADHD inattentive type.

Can be both ADD and ADHD?

Difficulty concentrating and sustaining attention is a common symptom to ADD and ADHD. ADHD combined type refers to a deficit of attention in which there is also impulsivity / hyperactivity disorder and therefore could say that this subtype of ADHD in both situations: more inattention impulsivity / hyperactivity.

Are there supplements that can help ADD?

Undoubtedly, one of the supplements first choice for problems of ADD or Attention Deficit Hyperactivity would docosahexaenoic acid or DHA, an omega 3 of marine origin.

Taking 1-2 g / day of DHA can offer encouraging results in many children and adolescents with this problem, in many cases improvements observed within approximately 3 months (in isolated cases may take longer).

Also, in many cases the combination of DHA TDA with vision therapy by a behavioral optometrist may offer very good results.

Other nutrients of interest in the TDA would be zinc, iron, magnesium, B vitamins (especially B12 and B6) and vitamin C.
