Natural amino acids are compounds that help build structures in proteins. They actively participate in the biological construction of the body.
Natural amino acids help us regenerate our body’s broadest organ: the skin. A correct intake of natural amino acids equals a complete inner regenerative cure, which will improve the connective tissues of our body, facilitating a deep oxygenation of the dermis and helping to eliminate or soften the wrinkles of our skin.
What are amino acids?
They are compounds that help build structures of proteins. They actively participate in the biological construction of the body and the lack of any is transcendental in it. The body requires natural amino acids to perform various tasks such as breaking down food, growing, repairing tissues and performing bodily functions.

Natural beneficial amino acids for the skin
There are two natural amino acids that are very important for the skin and favor the elimination of wrinkles:
- Creatine is a natural amino acid that promotes the function of the skin and stimulates collagen production. This allows the skin to create more moisture and in this way to be firmer and dense, and thus soften wrinkles. It gives the cells the necessary energy to carry out the generation of the connective tissues, as well as the metabolism of the skin and the regeneration of the cells. It provides a firm and wrinkle-free skin, as well as the strengthening of the ligaments, tendons and cartilages responsible for this process.
- Glutamine is a natural amino acid that serves to have a firm skin and the body itself produces. However, as it grows older it ceases to occur in sufficient amounts and with dire consequences: glutamine is important for the synthesis of proteins. If there is very little availability of glutamine, the body takes proteins from existing muscle mass and transforms them into glutamine and energy. In this way protein is lost from the muscles, the muscle fibers become thinner and the whole skin loses its smoothness. It could be said that as you age, as in the case of plants, you dry up and become weak. Glutamine is, in this sense, an excellent anti-aging supplement and, not in vain, is known by some scientists as the “internal source of youth.”
